When support did implement bug fix attempts, they would take the servers down completely for hours or longer, rather than releasing an App Store patch to fix stuff. If the actual servers go down, they will address it usually the same day, but implement no changes to avoid future downtime (that are communicated).
Support is completely useless, shows almost no communication to the players, and makes no effort to address the many bugs in game. However, the game hasn’t received a patch in literal years, and has never received regular updates. This is coming from a player of over 10 years off and on (mostly off in the last 4 years). The game itself can be fun, especially if you play regularly with people.
